Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1–2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–14 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Packaging & Handling
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate insulation and cold packs when necessary. Packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for verified claims. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
